This is one of my favorite videos.  I love the simplicity of it, the imagery, and the message.  I know it isn't about books, or reading, or a library.  However, the passion that this owner has for his bicycle shop is the same passion I have for my library.  I want it to be a unique, customer driven experience.  I want my patrons to feel at home and in control of their learning.   I want them to have a custom built experience from the moment they step in the door.
